CPR is your DRSABCD – how to resuscitate someone who has collapsed and is not breathing.
It also teaches you how to care for someone who is unconscious and breathing and how to use a defibrillator.
Provide First Aid is the workplace first aid level of training. It covers CPR, workplace incidents like bleeding, burns and fractures as well as some medical incidents and snake bite.
Childcare first aid is for people who work in care. It has a focus on children and disabilities.
Remote first aid builds on the other courses and includes evacuation and stabilising someone for an extended period of time.
Advanced First Aid includes monitoring at a higher level and managing more complex first aid situations.
Oxygen therapy is training to be able to use oxygen in first aid. This is also a good course if a family member is going to have to use oxygen, so that you understand more if you are helping them manage their oxygen at home.
