To provide accredited training and issue certificates, we must collect personal information including:
Name, address, and contact details.
Date of birth and Gender.
Unique Student Identifier (USI): A mandatory requirement for nationally recognized training in Australia.
Health information (if relevant to your ability to perform practical tasks).
2.2 Use of Information
Your information is used to:
Register you with our partner RTOs (Allen’s Training / Royal Life Saving).
Report to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER).
Communicate course reminders and certification renewals.
2.3 Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We only disclose information to:
Government agencies as required by law for VET (Vocational Education and Training) reporting.
Our partner RTOs to facilitate your certification.
Your employer (only if they have booked and paid for the training on your behalf).

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Digital records are stored in secure, password-protected systems.
