Welcome to Tailored First Aid. By booking a course or using our website, you agree to the following terms:
1.1 Training and Certification
RTO Partnership: Tailored First Aid delivers nationally recognized training in partnership with Allen’s Training Pty Ltd (RTO 2809) and Royal Life Saving NSW.
Pre-course Work: Many courses require online theory to be completed before the practical session. Failure to complete this may result in you being unable to attend the class or receive a certificate.
Competency: Certification is based on demonstrated competency. If a student cannot meet the physical requirements (e.g., performing floor-based CPR), we will attempt to make reasonable adjustments, but national standards must be met to issue an accredited certificate.
1.2 Bookings and Payments
All course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a prior corporate invoice arrangement has been made.
Pricing is in AUD and includes GST where applicable.
1.3 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations: If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, a full refund or transfer to another date will be offered.
Late Cancellations/No Shows: Cancellations within 48 hours of the course start time may incur a fee or forfeiture of the course fee.
Course Changes: Tailored First Aid reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or free transfer will be provided.
1.4 Workplace Health and Safety
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the trainer. Tailored First Aid is not liable for injuries sustained due to failure to follow instructions or improper use of equipment.
