Where is my certificate?
Once you have completed both the practical and theory components of your course, your certificate will be available in your training desk.
Go to www.trainingdesk.com.au you should see this screen:
If you don’t know your login details, click “ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT” on the bottom of the screen and follow the prompts.
Once you have logged in, your dashboard will open. If you have tasks to complete, they will be listed there. If you have completed everything for your course, click on the tab labelled “certificates”
A screen with a list of any courses you have done through Allens Training will come up, including the ones you have done with Tailored First Aid.
Click on “download” for the certificate you want to access. A PDF should download to your device.
